Why viscosity must be specified at operating temperature
A liquid name and a single viscosity value are rarely enough. Selection needs the temperature range and, for some products, the measurement method.

Building a pressure budget for liquid transfer
Available vessel pressure is spent on elevation, receiver pressure and route losses. A design-pressure label is not the same as useful discharge pressure.

Chocolate syrup and cocoa liquids need an air-contact review
Viscosity is only one part of the decision. Aeration, moisture, temperature and cleaning compatibility can determine whether pneumatic transfer is appropriate.

A trial should answer the questions that could change the purchase decision: capacity, product quality, cleaning and utility demand.
