PLC logic coordinates feed, air admission, discharge and venting using the agreed permissives, valve feedback and alarm strategy.
Pneumatic pump systems
The control package turns individual vessels and valves into a coordinated part of your process.

PLC logic coordinates feed, air admission, discharge and venting using the agreed permissives, valve feedback and alarm strategy.
Level-based operation and an engineered time-mode fallback support continuity when appropriate. Fallback logic must retain the required safety conditions.
Where designed, one vessel may be isolated and the other used at reduced capacity. This is an operating provision, not a guarantee that all faults permit continued production.
Agree signal lists, protocol, cause-and-effect logic and the division of responsibility for DCS or PLC integration before manufacture.
Cycle counts and calculated transfer estimates can support production records. Certified flow or mass measurement requires suitable instruments and calibration.
Optional remote access can assist troubleshooting where customer policy permits. Access method, authorization and cybersecurity controls are agreed with the plant.
A supplied operating-screen recording shows the existing level/time control approach. The animated dual-vessel diagram explains the newer system concept; it is not a live HMI or operating instruction.

The proposal defines PLC/HMI hardware, signal exchange, field wiring, air valve supply and the limits of the skid package. Upstream low-level and downstream high-level conditions are included in the agreed operating logic, with responsibility for external wiring clearly assigned.
