For compatible food and other hygiene-sensitive liquids, specify cleanability as part of the complete transfer system.

| Requirement | What we define together |
|---|---|
| Product-contact finish | Specify the required surface roughness and inspection method. A mirror-polished option is available; no universal Ra value is assumed. |
| Product-contact compressed air | Define particle, water, oil and microbiological requirements for the product. Select air treatment and verification accordingly. |
| Optional CIP integration | An optional cleaning module and spray devices require an agreed cleaning recipe, coverage, drainability and pressure compatibility. |
| Seats, seals & connections | Confirm elastomer compatibility, hygienic connection type, product-contact materials and the documentation required by the customer. |

Selected sauces, glucose syrups and liquid ingredients, assessed for air contact, foaming, allergens and cleaning.
Explore the solution↗Hygienic construction does not itself establish EHEDG, 3-A, FDA, CE or any other certification. Applicable requirements, material declarations and acceptance criteria must be agreed for the destination and the product.
The SINOSEN brief includes a mirror-polish option with a target Ra of 0.1–0.2 µm, subject to the agreed manufacturing and inspection scope. Define the measured surfaces, method, sampling positions and acceptance criteria. A roughness number does not establish drainability, cleanability or compliance by itself. The product-contact air specification, valve cavities, gaskets and cleaning validation are part of the same review.
