Pneumatic pump systems
How the system works
Compressed air provides the transfer force. Valves, level signals and pressure conditions determine when each stage can proceed.
THE GENERATION 5 PRINCIPLE
Two vessels.
One coordinated process.
Follow the alternating cycle. Compressed air moves the liquid; the PLC manages filling, isolation, discharge and venting.
Fill & transfer
Vessel A receives product while vessel B transfers to the receiver. Upstream and downstream permissives govern the cycle.
Isolate & prepare
The full vessel is isolated before pressurization. The empty vessel vents through the specified arrangement before refilling.
Change over & transfer
The PLC exchanges the roles of the vessels. Vessel A transfers while vessel B fills, subject to the agreed permissives.
Vent & reverse
The emptied vessel A vents while vessel B prepares to transfer. The cycle repeats; actual timing depends on the product, route and available air.
See the original control interface.
A supplied operating-screen recording shows the existing level/time control approach. The animated dual-vessel diagram explains the newer system concept; it is not a live HMI or operating instruction.

Technical questions, answered
Is this an air-operated diaphragm pump?+
No. SINOSEN uses a pressure-vessel transfer system. Compressed air acts on the liquid in the vessel; an automated valve sequence controls filling and discharge. It is also different from pneumatic conveying of dry powders.
Does a dual-vessel system guarantee constant flow?+
Alternating vessels can support continuous feeding and reduce transfer interruptions. Instantaneous outlet flow is not automatically constant. Valve transitions, air supply, pipeline resistance and receiver design must be evaluated for the required flow profile.
Will the pipeline be completely empty after every cycle?+
Line clearance depends on the route, low points, product rheology and the engineered end-of-cycle sequence. We define the required residual product and cleaning approach during design; universal complete emptying is not assumed.
